Add a delivery job
In Deliver, configure the active sequence, then choose Add to Queue. Open Queue to inspect submitted jobs and their state. Give destinations recognizable names so separate cuts or formats are easy to distinguish.
A queued job captures its delivery specification. Changing settings later should not be treated as silently rewriting an already captured job. Inspect the queued entry before delivery.
Follow progress
Use the queue and Background Tasks to distinguish waiting, working, completed, and failed work. Resolve a reported source or destination problem before retrying. Do not assume an interrupted file is a valid completed movie.
Keep the project and originals available while the job needs them. Avoid moving source folders halfway through a delivery.
Review recovered deliveries
Recovery can resume eligible work according to the recorded job state. Check the app’s reported result and the completed file afterward. A recovered export deserves the same final watch as a fresh one.
For a revised cut, create a clearly named new output rather than overwriting the only approved file by habit.
